TERMS OF SERVICE

1. No Physical Sample —

We do not provide physical samples before production. However, digital mockups will be sent for approval before printing or embroidery begins.

2. Refunds & Replacements —

If any products arrive damaged or defective, we will issue a refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery. To process a claim, you must:

• • Notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.
• • Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective items.
• • Return the defective products if requested.

3. Order Approval —

Once a digital sample is approved, production begins. No changes can be made after approval.

4. Shipping & Delivery —

We offer pickup and delivery within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Any shipping delays caused by carriers are beyond our control.

5. Custom Orders —

All custom orders are final sale and non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
